Inhloko ye-Extrusion ye-Aluminium Extresion

Inhloko ye-Extrusion iyimishini yokuqhekeka okubaluleke kakhulu esetshenziswa kwinqubo yokukhishwa kwe-aluminium (Fig 1). Izinga lomkhiqizo ocindezelwe kanye nokukhiqizwa okuphelele kwe-extred kuncike kukho.

Umsebenzi wekhanda lokukhishwa

Umsebenzi wekhanda le-Extresion ubonakala elula kakhulu ekuqaleni kokuqala. Le ngxenye ifana nokuqhubeka kwenduku yokukhishwa futhi yenzelwe ukucindezela i-aluminium alloy evuthayo futhi ethambile ngqo ngokusebenzisa okufayo. Ikhekhe le-Extrusion kumele lenze imisebenzi elandelayo:

Lokhu kwandisa ukumelana kwensimbi ekucindezelekeni okushisayo futhi kuvimbela ukuqhekeka ngenxa yokushaqeka okushisayo.

Imali ekhokhwa ngokweqile (ngenhla kwe-500ºC) izonciphisa ingcindezi yekhanda lokukhishwa ngesikhathi senqubo yokukhishwa. Ikhekhe le-Extrusion kumele lisuswe kwabezindaba masonto onke futhi lihlanza i-die etching groove.
