Ikhanda le-extrusion liyimishini ebaluleke kakhulu ye-extrusion esetshenziselwa inqubo ye-aluminium extrusion (Fig 1). Izinga lomkhiqizo ocindezelwe kanye nokukhiqiza okuphelele kwe-extruder kuncike kuyo.

Umsebenzi wekhanda le-extrusion
Umsebenzi wekhanda le-extrusion ubonakala ulula kakhulu ekuqaleni. Le ngxenye ifana nokuqhubeka kwenduku ye-extrusion futhi iklanyelwe ukusunduza ingxubevange ye-aluminium eshisayo nethambile ngokuqondile ku-die. Ikhekhe le-extrusion kumele lenze imisebenzi elandelayo:
Dlulisa ingcindezi ku-alloy kumjikelezo ngamunye we-extrusion ngaphansi kwezimo zokushisa eziphezulu;
Khulisa ngokushesha ngaphansi kwengcindezi emkhawulweni onqunyiwe (Umfanekiso 4), ushiye kuphela ungqimba oluncane lwe-aluminium alloy kumkhono wesiqukathi;
Kulula ukuhlukanisa ku-billet ngemva kokuqedwa kwe-extrusion;
Ungacuphi noma iyiphi igesi, engalimaza umkhono wesitsha noma i-dummy block ngokwayo;
Usizo lokuxazulula izinkinga ezincane ngokuhambisana nomshini wokunyathelisa;
Iyakwazi ukukhwezwa/kwehliswe ngokushesha entweni yokucindezela.
Lokhu kufanele kuqinisekiswe yi-extruder centering enhle. Ukuphambuka ekuhambeni kwekhanda le-extrusion kusuka ku-extruder axis ngokuvamile kubonakala kalula ngokugqoka okungalingani, okubonakala emasongweni ekhekhe le-extrusion. Insimbi yekhanda le-extrusion
Ikhanda le-extrusion liyingxenye yethuluzi le-extrusion elingaphansi kwengcindezi ephezulu. Ikhanda le-extrusion lenziwe nge-Tool die steel (isb i-H13 steel). Ngaphambi kokuqala umshini wokunyathelisa, ikhanda le-extrusion lishiswa ekushiseni okungenani okungu-300 ºС. Lokhu kwandisa ukumelana kwensimbi ekucindezelekeni okushisayo futhi kuvimbela ukuqhekeka ngenxa yokushaqeka okushisayo.

Izinga lokushisa billet, isitsha nokufa
I-billet eshisiwe ngokweqile (ngaphezulu kuka-500ºC) izonciphisa ukucindezela kwekhanda le-extrusion phakathi nenqubo ye-extrusion. Lokhu kungaholela ekwandiseni okunganele kwekhanda le-extrusion, okubangela ukuthi insimbi ye-billet igxishwe esikhaleni phakathi kwekhanda le-extrusion kanye nesitsha. Lokhu kungafinyeza impilo yesevisi ye-dummy block futhi kuholele nasekuguqukeni okuphawulekayo kwepulasitiki yensimbi yayo ngekhanda le-extrusion. Izimo ezifanayo zingenzeka ngeziqukathi ezinezindawo zokufudumeza ezihlukene.
Ukunamathela kwekhanda le-extrusion ku-billet kuyinkinga enkulu kakhulu. Lesi simo sivame kakhulu ngamapheshana omsebenzi amade nama-alloys athambile. Isixazululo sesimanje sale nkinga ukusebenzisa i-lubricant esekelwe ku-boron nitride kuze kube sekugcineni kwendawo yokusebenza.

Ikhekhe le-extrusion kumele likhishwe emshinini njalo ngesonto futhi lihlanzwe endaweni e-etching groove.
Ngesikhathi sokusebenza kwekhanda le-extrusion, ukwanda ngokweqile kungase kwenzeke. Kuyadingeka ukulawula lokhu kwandiswa ukuthi kungabi kukhulu kakhulu. Ukwenyuka ngokweqile kobubanzi bewasha yokucindezela kuzonciphisa kakhulu impilo yayo yesevisi.
